Construction starts on 25 new affordable homes in Lanner
Work to build 25 new affordable homes for Coastline Housing has started on site this week at the Tresavean Estate in Lanner. The project had originally been scheduled to start in the autumn of 2011 however was subject to a judicial review.
The go ahead was given in late February following a favourable outcome for Coastline in the judicial review. The new homes will be built to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and will be available for affordable rent and shared ownership early in 2014.
